General Assembly
The highest organ of Cameroon Forum is the General Assembly made up of members across all its chapters. The Organization is governed by a Management Committee or Board of Trustees (BoT), who are fit, proper and accomplished individuals drawn from its membership and representing diverse professions.
Chapters and Chapter Executives
The Chapters are governed by Chapter Executives headed by a Chapter Chairperson. The Management Committee and Chapter Representatives meet annually at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to review policy and chart new directions for the organization.
Advisory Board
Cameroon Forum has an Advisory Board (AB) with a mandate to provide advice and guidance to the organization through the Management Committee.
